Abalone Shell Woven Basket Necklace
$ 110.00
The Abalone Shell Woven Basket Necklace features Indonesian Abalone. Scott Mendenhall created this design in honor of his tribe, the Choctaw Nation. Before the Trail of Tears and Death relocated most of the tribe to Southeastern Oklahoma, they lived in Mississippi. They used seashells for jewelry and adornment. This necklace is also representative of his tribe's advanced basket weaving skills as well. The necklace comes with a .925 sterling silver chain. It comes in 16 or 18 inches long. There is no price difference. Email your preference to rastones27@gmail.com. If no length is specified, it will come in 16 inches.
