Arizona Druzy Fire Agate Multi Stone Wrap Necklace
The Arizona Druzy Fire Agate Multi Stone Wrap Necklace is truly a one of a kind. I rockhounded this specimen myself at Saddle Mountain, between Phoenix and Quartzite on Highway 10. I remember showing my friends this one when I found it. We gathered buckets of this stuff but most pieces are small and only a tiny percentage had druzy. This specimen has tiny druzy Quartz all along the left side and the rest of the stone has betroydal formations, which make it look like cloud bursts suspended in time. It has layers of deep orange red running through and both sides are equally interesting. I’ve never made a setting like this before, I allowed the stone to speak to me. I did nothing but find and wash the dirt off this all natural raw fire agate druzy.
The Fire Agate Druzy specimen is prong set in thick half dome sterling silver wire. I hand wrapped the entire chain myself using 68 gemstone beads: Double Terminated Quartz, Hessonite Garnet, Zircon and Pearl. The chain is 18.5 inches long including lobster clasp and closure. The pendant is 62mm long by 38mm wide by 16mm thick. This is truly a one of a kind piece.
